About Us
Energie Spinning seeks to serve it's students desires to become stronger and fitter, both physically and mentally. We utilize the time proven Spinning Program developed by Johnny G. Students progress more quickly in attaining their goals through techniques which forge a mind-body connection.
Born from the road, Spinning was created by Johnny G to bring an authentic road cycling experience indoors. Energie is a fully licensed Spinning Facility.
At Energie, Spinning is what we love and Spinning is all we do!
Kent is a Star 3 certfied Spinning instructor and has over 10 years experience as a Spinning coach. He is also a certified Krankcycle instructor. Other passions include running, skiing, and mountain biking.
His coaching skills are continually sharpened by regular participation at the World Spinning & Sports Conference (WSSC), Spinning retreats and Spinning camps.
